2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses located within the United States only.
- Orders are shipped to valid residential and commercial street addresses within the United States
- We may not be able to ship to certain remote locations, restricted addresses, or P.O. boxes depending on carrier limitations
- We do not currently offer international shipping
3. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. There are no separate shipping charges added at checkout for standard shipping. Applicable taxes may still apply where required by law.

4. Order Processing and Cutoff Time
Orders are processed on business days — Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on a business day will begin processing that same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on federal holidays will begin processing the next business day
- Processing typically takes 1 to 2 business days before handoff to the carrier
After processing, orders generally arrive within 2 to 7 business days, depending on destination, carrier availability, and product type. Total estimated delivery time is 3 to 9 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, high shipping volume, supply chain disruptions, inaccurate shipping information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5. Third-Party Fulfillment
Many of our products are fulfilled and shipped directly by third-party suppliers or manufacturers on our behalf. As a result:
- Tracking details, packaging, and carrier selection may vary by order
- Some orders may ship from multiple locations depending on the supplier
- Packaging may not always display the Prime Axis Wellness brand name
Regardless of fulfillment source, our shipping standards and customer service commitments apply to every order.

We use reputable national and regional carriers to deliver orders, which may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other comparable shipping providers depending on package size, destination, and fulfillment requirements. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each order.

Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipment confirmation email that may include tracking information, where available. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after the label is created.

If your order has not arrived within the expected 3 to 9 business day window, please contact us so we can review the shipment status and assist where possible.
9.2 Lost Packages
If tracking indicates that your package may be lost in transit, please contact us promptly. We may open a carrier trace or investigation before issuing a replacement or refund, where appropriate.
9.3 Marked Delivered but Not Received
If a package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Verify that the shipping address entered at checkout was correct
- Check around your property and delivery access points
- Ask household members, neighbors, front desk staff, or building management
- Contact the carrier directly for additional delivery details if available

9.4 Damaged Packages or Items
